Job summary

Seattle Colleges seeks a skilled Program Specialist 3 for grant-funded apprenticeship curriculum work at the Georgetown Campus in Seattle. The role focuses on coordinating curriculum documentation, ensuring alignment with apprenticeship standards, and supporting pathway development for postsecondary education.

You will collaborate with faculty, academic departments, and external partners to maintain records, improve processes, and drive accreditation-ready documentation across multiple

Qualifications

  • Experience in curriculum development, program management, or instructional design in apprenticeship or vocational education.
  • Proven ability to plan, manage, and document curriculum workflows and projects.
  • Strong understanding of accreditation standards and higher education policy guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate apprenticeship curriculum documentation across Georgetown Campus programs.
  • Maintain compliant curriculum records and align with state and college requirements.
  • Support articulation and pathway initiatives linking apprenticeship training to degree programs.
  • Collaborate with faculty, departments, and external partners to gather and update curriculum information.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and reporting for grant-funded initiatives.
  • Provide technical assistance and create resources to standardize curriculum practices.
