Job summary

Global Impact Ventures is seeking a Senior Associate, Grant Proposals & Fund Development to support the end-to-end grant process for fiscal sponsorship projects. You will help prepare, submit, and report on funder proposals while coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The role emphasizes back-office efficiency, meticulous records, and proactive communication. A bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years’ experience and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of prior work experience, preferably administrative experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide grants back-end and administrative support including tracking timelines and deliverables, external communications, and knowledge management.
• Review and submit grant proposals; gather information and documentation; coordinate grant agreements and due diligence materials.
• Maintain accurate records across systems; track deliverables, reporting requirements, and deadlines; support clients through the grant lifecycle.
