Job summary

Latitude Inc is seeking an experienced Grading Construction Project Manager to oversee earthwork and site development from pre-construction through completion. You will plan, coordinate, and execute grading operations to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget, in accordance with contract documents.

Responsibilities include managing grading/sitework phases (clearing, excavation, cut/fill, grading), interpreting civil drawings, developing schedules and budgets, coordinating field

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in grading, earthwork, or site development project management.
• Strong knowledge of grading operations, soil conditions, and heavy equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret civil/site plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of grading and sitework projects including clearing, excavation, cut/fill, and fine grading.
• Review and interpret civil drawings, grading plans, and project specifications.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans for earthwork operations.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and equipment to ensure efficient production.
• Monitor daily operations, production rates, and project progress.
• Track costs and manage budgets, including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Prepare and manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
