Job summary

Sunland Asphalt, Phoenix, AZ, seeks a seasoned Project Manager to oversee heavy civil construction from pre-construction to completion, with emphasis on earthwork, grading, asphalt paving, site development and project administration.

You will lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, safety and client relations, coordinating with owners, contractors and suppliers to deliver on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience with earthwork, asphalt paving, site development, and utilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple civil grading and asphalt paving projects.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and production goals.
• Oversee cost tracking and change orders.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, owners.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality standards.
