Job summary

Lvi-Associates is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee site development projects from preconstruction through completion. The role emphasizes sitework, earthwork, grading and underground utilities, with close coordination of field teams and clients.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years in civil construction PM/APM/Superintendent experience, be able to read civil drawings, manage budgets and schedules, and lead subcontractors toward on‑time, on‑budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as PM, APM, or Superintendent in civil construction.
• Background in site development, grading, earthwork, and utilities.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience with construction management software preferred.
• Stable pipeline of site development projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage site development projects from start to finish.
