Job summary

Allan Myers is seeking a Grade Field Manager to oversee earthwork and grading for site work and roadway projects. You will direct dirt operations, manage crews and subcontractors, and coordinate with material providers while maintaining safety and schedule. Interface with clients, inspectors, and regulators is required.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, OSHA 10, and driver’s license. Prior supervisory experience and knowledge of GPS grade control are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional construction education is a plus.
• Experience supervising construction crews in earthwork or related trades.
• OSHA 10 hour certification and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to coordinate crews, subcontractors, and material suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee earthwork for site work and roadway projects.
• Direct dirt operations, excavation, fine grading, and GPS grade control use.
• Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and material providers for safety and schedule.
• Interface with clients, inspectors, and regulators and document activities.
• Train crew members and communicate expectations for productivity and quality.
