Samsung Austin Research and Development Center (SARC) / Advanced Computing Lab (ACL) seeks a Senior/Staff GPU Design Verification Engineer – Subsystems in Austin, TX. The role focuses on verification strategy, testbench development, and joint debugging across GPU subsystems for cutting-edge mobile GPUs.

You will build scalable test environments with SystemVerilog/UVM, C++, and constrained-random testing, aiming for high functional correctness and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or higher.
• Hands-on GPU/semiconductor design verification experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop verification plans and goals for GPU subsystems.
• Contribute to coverage-driven verification and constrained-random testing.
• Debug complex failures spanning subsystems and interfaces.
