Base-2 Solutions is seeking a GPU Systems Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize GPU clusters for enterprise AI mission systems in a secure Bethesda environment. You will work with Linux-based platforms, emerging GPU technologies, and high-speed networking to deliver efficient, scalable architectures.

You will collaborate with AI/ML engineers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure performance, power efficiency, and security align with DoD requirements.

Qualificações

• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in the field (three extra years may substitute for degree).
• Experience with NVIDIA GPU data center platforms (DGX, HGX, H200, H100, L4s).
• Strong Linux distribution expertise (RHEL, Ubuntu, Oracle, Rocky).
• DoD 8570.11 IAT Level II certs (Level III acceptable).
• US citizenship required due to government contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and maintain GPU clusters.
• Collaborate to optimize architectures for performance and power efficiency.
• Integrate GPUs with Linux-based systems with AI/ML engineers.
• Tune GPU drivers for compatibility and performance.
• Analyze GPU performance and optimize across hardware/software layers.
• Develop debugging, profiling, and performance tools for Linux.
• Utilize Bash, Python, Ansible, Puppet, Salt for tooling/automation.
• Document architectures and Linux best practices.
• Support ATO activities and federal security standards compliance.
