Job summary

Experis is seeking a Network Solutions Architect to help design and deploy high-performance GPU networking for enterprise AI and HPC environments in Morrisville, NC. You will join engineering and technical support teams to build scalable, secure, and efficient GPU fabric architectures.

You will leverage Spectrum-X, InfiniBand, and DOCA to optimize performance, implement multi-tenant designs, and collaborate across disciplines to drive innovative AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/EE or related field.
• 5+ years designing and deploying high-performance network infrastructure for AI, HPC, or GPU-cluster environments.
• Expert knowledge of NVIDIA networking technologies (Spectrum-X, Spectrum-4, Quantum InfiniBand, BlueField DPUs, DOCA, RoCE, RDMA).
• Deep AI fabric design understanding (InfiniBand, rail-optimized, SHARP, congestion control, GPU-to-GPU traffic).
• Strong routing, switching, and overlay network skills; experience with BGP, OSPF, EVPN, VXLAN, MPLS, IS-IS.

Responsibilities

• Design GPU-cluster network architectures with Spectrum-X and Quantum InfiniBand for large-scale deployments.
• Create deployment runbooks, configuration guides, and validation materials for AI/HPC workloads.
• Architect secure multi-tenant networks with namespace isolation and overlay designs.
• Develop BlueField-3 DPU architectures using DOCA for offload and service-mesh enablement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate fabrics and recommend improvements for AI infrastructure.
