Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. seeks a Network Solutions Architect in Morrisville, NC to design and deploy GPU-focused network infrastructure for enterprise AI and HPC workloads.

You will work with Spectrum-X Ethernet, Quantum InfiniBand, and BlueField DPUs, building scalable, secure fabrics for large-scale GPU deployments. Collaboration and cutting-edge networking knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience designing and deploying high-performance network infrastructure for AI, HPC, or GPU-cluster environments.
• Expert knowledge of NVIDIA networking technologies, including Spectrum-X / Spectrum-4 Ethernet, Quantum InfiniBand, BlueField DPUs, DOCA, RoCE, and RDMA.
• Deep understanding of AI fabric design, including rail-optimized InfiniBand, Adaptive Routing, SHARP, congestion control, and GPU-to-GPU traffic optimization.
• Strong skills in routing, switching, overlay networks, and network security protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EVPN, VXLAN, MPLS, and IS-IS.

Responsibilities

• Design GPU-cluster network architectures utilizing Spectrum-X Ethernet and Quantum InfiniBand for large-scale deployments.
• Create and validate deployment runbooks, configuration guides, and performance validation materials for AI and HPC workloads.
• Architect secure multi-tenant network environments, including namespace isolation, east-west traffic segmentation, and overlay design.
• Develop BlueField-3 DPU architectures using DOCA for network-function offload, security, and service-mesh enablement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate fabric designs, monitor emerging networking technologies, and recommend improvements for AI infrastructure.

As a Network Solutions Architect, you will be part of the engineering and technical support teams supporting enterprise-scale GPU environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, innovative thinking, and excellent collaboration skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
