VSCO is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to be a primary contributor on Reflex, our production GPU image-processing engine, and guide its path into Studio Pro on iOS and macOS. You’ll deepen a stack used by millions, adding RAW development, large-image export, and production-quality color management.

You will partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to turn product goals into technical direction, balancing long-term architecture with delivering value to customers today.

Formación

• 7+ years in engineering with production rendering/imaging/GPU compute
• Deep GPU/rendering experience: pipelines, shaders, color, memory
• Strong systems language experience; Rust preferred; reading/writing shaders (WGSL/Metal)
• Experience taking imaging/graphics work onto mobile (iOS/Metal preferred)
• Experience taking ideas from conception to production and sequencing investments
• AI-assisted developer workflows integrated into processes

Responsabilidades

• Be a primary contributor on Reflex imaging engine: DAG execution, WGSL operators, GPU budgets, color management
