Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable government IT solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior architects, and translate client requirements into viable architectures while ensuring compliance and readiness for implementation.

The role requires strong executive communication, experience in RFx/RFP processes, and the ability to operate across multiple time zones. US Citizenship may be required for program eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of technical IT experience including solution development.
• Master's degree preferred in related field may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, extensible solutions leveraging current technologies.
• Provide technical solution support during proposals, including architecture views and implementation methodologies.
• Mentor junior architects and lead cross-functional teams on major initiatives.
