Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a senior solutions architect to design scalable, compliant IT solutions for government pursuits. You will lead strategy, drive proposal development, and integrate reusable components across teams, while mentoring junior architects and aligning with executive leaders.

Demonstrated experience in estimation techniques, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis is required, with security clearances as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
10-12 years of relevant professional experience required.
Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
10+ years of technical IT experience including solution development.
Experience with government proposal processes and competitive analysis.
Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.

Responsibilities

Design scalable, extensible IT solutions for government pursuits and large cross-functional initiatives.
Lead solution design and strategy for high-priority government pursuits.
Incorporate Maximus Accelerators and reusable components.
Develop estimation models and solution pricing strategies.
Lead RFI, RFP, and RFQ response development including whitepapers.
Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance across teams.
