Job summary

Maximus is seeking a senior Solution Architect in the United States to lead solution design for high-priority government pursuits, shaping technical win themes and pricing strategies.

You will mentor junior architects, coordinate with capture managers, ensure compliance and operational readiness, and translate client needs into scalable architectures across cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of technical IT experience including solution development.
• US Citizenship may be required for program eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, extensible government IT solutions.
• Lead RFx response development including whitepapers.
• Mentor junior architects and align teams with business goals.
• Collaborate with capture managers to shape opportunities pre-RFP.
• Translate client requirements into viable solution elements.
• Ensure compliance and transition readiness for operations.
