Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as listed above.
• 15+ years’ experience in proposal and business capture environments.
• Knowledge of military/federal acquisition models, practices, and techniques.
• Experience in supporting proposal development and other written communications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities through the gate process.
• Maintain a comprehensive 24-month pipeline with Salesforce updates.
• Develop and defend Gate reviews and growth strategies.
• Negotiate and close deals with NDAs and related docs.
• Support capture and proposal activities as needed.
• Generate reports and present findings to management.
• Build relationships with clients and strategic partners.
