Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking an Associate Director/Program Security Manager to lead government security for classified programs, ensure compliance with U.S. security policies, and supervise security personnel.

The role requires coordinating with government agencies and overseeing program security operations. The position is based in Chantilly, VA, with 5 days on-site, TS/SCI with polygraph clearance, and extensive experience in IC/DOW/USG security programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 12 years experience, or Bachelor's and 14 years, or HS diploma and 18 years.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a DoD or other U.S. Government industrial security program.
• Five years supervising, managing, or overseeing personnel; knowledge of IC, DOW or other USG security regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and oversight of personnel supporting government programs and customers.
• Oversee development and compliance of program security procedures with government policies.
• Develop relationships with government agencies and corporate organizations and interpret government security requirements.
