Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking a Government Contractor Security Officer to support the National Security Sector at a government site in Chantilly, VA. The role requires daily on-site presence and a TS/SCI with polygraph eligibility.

You will develop and administer security policies, coordinate with government authorities, and manage physical and personnel security controls, including visitor management and access systems.

Qualifications

• HS degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Public Laws, Executive Orders, directives, regulations, and policies related to Intelligence Community (IC) security requirements, ICDs and SEADs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain access to TS/SCI with a polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers corporate and government security policies, procedures, and programs across the contract.
• Maintains liaison with outside agencies and informs upper management and the government of security activities.
• Establishes procedures for visitor control, employee identification, and safeguarding facilities, equipment, and property.
• Applies ICD-705 knowledge to implement and manage physical security controls.
• Supports requirements for TS/SCI access and compliance with DNI directives and SEADs."
• Leads security plans and manages access control systems, locks, alarms, and badges at the site.
• Provides personnel security support including clearance processing and onboarding/offboarding reviews.
• Partners with program management to resolve security risks and maintain relations with customer security authorities.
