Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Government Contractor Security Officer to support the National Security Team. This role requires full-time presence at a government client site and no relocation.

You will develop and administer security policies, coordinate with agencies, and ensure compliance with ICD-705 and SEADs for TS/SCI access. Experience with classified systems and visitor controls is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of public laws, executive orders, directives, and regulations related to IC security.
• Ability to work with ICDs and SEADs to access TS/SCI materials.
• Eligibility for access to SCI and ability to pass a polygraph.
• Strong communication and liaison skills with government partners.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and administers corporate and government security policies, procedures, and programs across the contract.
• Maintains liaison with outside agencies and informs upper management and government of security activities.
• Manages visitor control, employee identification, and safeguarding of facilities, equipment, and property.
• Leads security at the site, maintains access control systems and implements ICD-705 physical security controls.
• Provides personnel security support including clearance processing and onboarding/offboarding.
• Partners with program management to resolve security risks and coordinate with customer security authorities.
