AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking a Government Contractor Security Officer for the National Security Sector in Chantilly, VA. The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph and office presence at a government site.

You will implement security policies, manage visitor controls, and ensure compliance with IC directives. The position emphasizes coordination with government authorities, managing classified systems, and maintaining security measures across the contract.

Qualifications

• > General understanding of IC security requirements and related directives (ICD/SEAD)
• > Eligibility for access to SCI and polygraph
• > Familiarity with government security policies and TS/SCI handling

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and administers corporate and government security policies, procedures, and programs across the contract.
• Maintains liaison with outside agencies and informs upper management and government of security activities.
• Establishes procedures for visitor control, employee identification, and safeguarding of facilities and property.
• Applies ICD-705 knowledge to implement and manage physical security controls.
• Maintains knowledge of laws, directives, regulations, and policies for IC security requirements (ICDs, SEADs).
• Leads site security requirements and manages access controls, locks, alarms, badges, phones.
