Job summary

Essnova Solutions, Inc. seeks a Property Accountability Specialist to support Joint Staff logistics with rigorous property lifecycle management in a DC-based role. You will oversee from acquire-to-retire processes, maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to planning and budget analysis.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in government logistics, DPAS/DD Form 1150 experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance with U.S. citizenship. Occasional interaction with senior officials is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of property accountability and logistics experience in military or government context.
• Hands-on inventory of accountable equipment and reconciliation of records.
• Experience maintaining receiving/issuance documentation for property lifecycle.
• Proficiency with DPAS and DD Form 1150 documentation.
• Knowledge of military logistics management and property systems.
• Experience with custodian processes, record transfers, maintenance recall tracking, and inter-account transfers.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operations support for property accountability and government asset logistics.
• Plan, execute, and manage infrastructure, logistics, and property activities.
• Inventory accountable equipment at the warehouse and reconcile records.
• Obtain and maintain receiving and issuance documentation for lifecycle tracking.
• Support logistics planning and control with short- and long-range plans.
• Perform budget analysis and develop logistics databases.
• Analyze program logistics needs using military procedures and systems.
• Interface with senior government officials with professional communication.
