Fuse Integration Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Material Coordinator to support Materials, Production, Quality, and Program teams. You will track and maintain Government Property records and assist with day-to-day material handling, inventory, receiving, kitting, and production needs to meet delivery commitments for U.S.

defense programs. Ideal candidates are nimble, proactive, and capable of analyzing processes to suggest improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing administration and scheduling.
• US Citizen (requirement).
• Experience working in a production environment.
• Experience utilizing computer-based manufacturing and planning tools.
• Ability to present current and projected production plans, inventory levels, and potential shortfalls.
• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in changing situations.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across departments and with supervisors and managers.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the day-to-day schedule for production starts and completions.
• Issue and track manufacturing orders for production.
• Validate in-process work matches electronic records.
• Coordinate with Quality on collection and retention of production records.
• Assist with purchasing and receiving to ensure material availability for planned manufacturing.
• Create purchase requisitions to cover projected material shortfalls.
• Develop production schedules based on arrival of parts, technician availability, and priorities.
• Collaborate on implementation of new ERP systems for production, quality, and purchasing.
• Assist in ERP data cleanup and inventory system maintenance.
