Job summary

Fuse Integration Inc. seeks a Material and Inventory Handler in San Diego to manage receiving, storing, and shipping of equipment and supplies in our production and warehouse labs.

You will track, log, and verify material, inspect goods, and ensure conformance with specifications and invoices. Ideal candidates have material handling experience, MS Office skills, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience in a production/warehouse setting.
• Familiarity with inventory control and documentation practices.
• Experience using MS Office and inventory/software systems for record-keeping.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Receive and move materials; verify codes and quantities.
• Inspect incoming goods against purchase orders; document discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory levels; restock and document returns and shortages.
• Maintain and update computer systems with inventory transactions.
• Support ISO 9001 compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
