Job summary

Infleqtion is seeking an Inventory Manager to lead daily warehouse operations and oversee inventory control. You will manage records, cycle counts, and shipping/receiving while ensuring traceability and compliance with government FAR requirements.

This role partners with procurement, quality, production, and program management to resolve issues and improve efficiency. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in warehouse/inventory roles, with supervisory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, business, or related field; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• 5+ years in warehouse, inventory-control, materials-management, or logistics with supervisory responsibility.
• Experience supporting Government/defense contracts and GFP/contractor property per FAR requirements.
• Maintaining accurate, auditable inventory records (receipts, issues, transfer, location, quantity).
• Leading physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliation, root-cause analysis for discrepancies.
• Establishing inventory controls to protect material from loss, damage, theft, misidentification, and unauthorized use.
• Experience with receiving, inspection coordination, put-away, material handling, picking, kitting, shipping, and returns.
• Knowledge of lot/serial/batch/configuration control and traceability.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS/inventory-control/barcode/RFID and MS Excel.
• Supervising warehouse personnel; prioritizing work; developing procedures; tracking metrics.
• Knowledge of safe handling and storage, packaging, shipping, hazardous materials, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations and inventory control to ensure timely, accurate material receipt, storage, and delivery.
• Oversee warehouse personnel, inventory records, cycle counts, shipping/receiving, and material traceability.
• Collaborate with procurement, quality, production, program management, and finance to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Government contract and FAR requirements, including GFP when required.
