Job summary

Fuse Integration Inc. in San Diego seeks a Material and Inventory Handler to join our production and warehouse teams. You will receive, store, and issue equipment and materials, log intake data, and verify conformance to specs and invoices.

The role emphasizes inventory control, reporting, inspection, and documentation, with duties to restock, package for shipment, and support ISO 9001 compliance. You will work to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma and 2+ years of shipping/receiving and inventory control experience.
• Experience with material handling equipment and related certifications is highly desired.
• Familiarity with DCMA contract property administration requirements is a plus.
• Must be able to use office and specialized inventory/stock control software and generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving and material movement functions including verifying codes and quantities.
• Inspect incoming goods for PO compliance and document results.
• Log inventory data in business systems and prepare inspection paperwork.
• Restock inventory and track discrepancies; report shortages or overages.
• Package, label, and document items for shipping.
• Support ISO 9001 compliance and continuous improvement activities.
