Responsibilities

• Oversee contract execution and ensure compliance with state standards.
• Plan and control scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
• Lead project staff, vendors, and subcontractors and ensure adequate resources.
• Lead governance activities and support executive steering committees.
• Maintain IMS and deliver status reports per state requirements.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues.
