Augustine Consulting, Inc. invites a seasoned Project Manager to join the Government Program team, supporting IEW&S HQs SETA.

The role entails managing high-priority exercises, coordinating with senior leadership, and guiding cross-functional teams in a secure environment at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. Qualifications include DoW project management experience and Top Secret/SCI clearance, with a Bachelor's or Master’s in a related field and 7–10 years of experience.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship with DoW security clearance required.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance required or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of exp. or Master’s with 7 years of exp.
• Prior DoW project management experience.
• Strong written/oral comms with executive management.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic and system operational support to PEO IEW&S for exercises/demos.
• Communicate complex technologies and program challenges to senior leadership.
• Create project plans with tasks, milestones, and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks such as budget constraints or supplier delays.
• Develop strategic plans for execution considering scope, resources and timelines.
• Lead project teams and foster collaboration across stakeholders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to align work with plans and specs.
