Augustine Consulting, Inc. – Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD is seeking a level III Project Manager to support IEW&S HQs SETA. Responsibilities include leading project teams, creating detailed project plans, and managing risks while coordinating with subcontractors and senior leaders.

The role requires a DoD security clearance (Secret eligibility) and a strong background in business program management, with extensive use of Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge of defense contracting is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Due to the sensitive nature of this work, a Department of War security clearance is required. All applicants must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.
• Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with 14 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 7 years of experience.
• Prior DOW project manager experience.
• Ability to communicate written and oral with executive management on program issues.
• Thorough understanding of operating a computer, including Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
• Excellent critical thinking and analytic skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products.

• Communicate complex technologies and program challenges to senior leadership.
• Conduct forums with senior leaders to review program technologies.
• Create project plans including tasks, milestones and timelines.
• Identify and find solutions for risks such as budget constraints or supplier delays.
• Develop strategic plans for execution considering scope, resources, timelines and constraints.
• Manage and lead project teams, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to align with plans and specifications.
