Augustine Consulting, Inc. seeks a Project Manager - Level II to support PEO IEW&S HQs SETA for high-priority exercises and demonstrations at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to translate complex technical challenges for senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has a DoD program background, Top Secret/SCI clearance eligibility, and a track record managing schedules, risks, and subcontractor coordination within a government program environment.

Qualifications

• DoW security clearance required; U.S. Citizenship required.
• Top Secret w/SCI clearance eligibility.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in business with relevant experience.
• Proven DoD program management background.
• Excellent written and oral communication with executives.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic and system operational support to PEO IEW&S.
• Communicate complex technologies to senior leadership.
• Create project plans with tasks, milestones and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks such as budget constraints or delays.
• Develop strategic plans for execution considering scope and resources.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
