Job summary

Nightwing Technologies, LLC is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex government programs within the CODEX division. The ideal candidate will deliver advanced technical solutions in federal environments and hold an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph, along with U.S.

citizenship. You will direct program lifecycles, manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams, while engaging senior government stakeholders through clear executive briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field and 5+ years of government program management.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph and U.S. citizenship are required.
• Experience with FAR and government contracting processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary interface with government customers and key stakeholders.
• Direct complete program lifecycle from initiation through closeout.
• Create and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, deliverables, and performance standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Develop and present program status reports and executive briefings.
