Job summary

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a large, complex IC program in a classified environment. You will direct planning, risk management, and execution across distributed teams, ensuring mission goals align with government objectives.

You will interface with government stakeholders, manage budgets, schedules, and performance, and drive innovation and operational excellence in security‑critical settings.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required Day 1.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of program management experience, including 5+ in the IC.
• Proven leadership of large, complex, highly classified programs.
• Strong understanding of federal contracting, acquisition, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale intelligence programs.
• Serve as primary interface with government program managers and contracting officers.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, staffing, risk, and performance across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules and reports for executives.
• Oversee cross-functional teams including technical, cybersecurity, and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and security regulations.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies to maintain mission continuity.
• Drive strategic growth, follow-on opportunities, and customer-driven improvements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and partners for program success.
