Job summary

Nightwing Technologies, LLC seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead mission-critical programs for a U.S. Intelligence Community customer in a classified environment.

You will provide strategic direction, execution oversight, and executive-level reporting across multiple contracts and technical teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in related field.
• 10+ years of program management experience with U.S. Government customers.
• 5+ years managing programs within the Intelligence Community.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.
• Experience in classified environments and with federal contracting.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale intelligence programs.
• Serve as primary contact for government program managers and senior leadership.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, staffing, risk, and performance across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules and program management plans.
• Oversee cross-functional teams including technical, cybersecurity, intelligence and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, security regulations, and policies.
• Drive growth initiatives, identify follow-on opportunities and contract expansions.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Intelligence Studies, or related field
