Job summary

Nightwing is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex government programs within the CODEX division. The ideal candidate will have a strong history delivering advanced technical solutions in federal environments, paired with exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years managing government programs in technical or IT settings, plus an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years managing government programs in technical or IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface with government customers and key stakeholders.
• Direct complete program lifecycle from initiation through closeout.
• Create and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, deliverables, and performance standards.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Develop and present program status reports, executive briefings, and technical documentation.
• Guide technical solution development and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure deliverables meet customer requirements.
• Provide technical leadership in decision-making and complex problem resolution.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional program teams.
• Cultivate collaboration across engineering, contracts, finance, and supporting organizations.
• Drive performance management initiatives and professional growth opportunities.
• Champion a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with government customers.
• Lead customer meetings, program reviews, and strategic planning sessions; identify expansion opportunities.
