Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector seeks a Senior Program Manager for Columbia, MD to lead government contracts and cross-disciplinary teams. You will guide junior PMs, coordinate with service managers, and develop strategic roadmaps while ensuring secure, reliable service delivery.

The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph and 15–20 years of PM experience; PMP/FAC-P/PM or DAWIA Level 3 certification is preferred. Competitive benefits accompany a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

Experience managing multi-task contracts and multi-vendor environments.
Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.
Experience in requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, and reporting.
Experience with Earned Value Management and complex reporting mechanisms.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Service Managers to understand customer needs.
Develop strategic technical roadmaps for program service areas.
Improve performance and reliability via enhanced monitoring.
Develop technical insertion proposals for new technologies.
Ensure services are secure, reliable, and resilient.
