Qualifications

• 7-10 years of professional scheduling experience supporting a U.S. government contract.
• Experience managing schedules and priorities in a dynamic, team-based environment.
• Success collaborating across technical, program, customer, and partner teams to align schedules, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills to present schedule status and risks.

Responsibilities

• Drive the planning, coordination, and management of schedules for complex engineering projects and tasks.
• Keep stakeholders informed with timely updates on schedules, milestones, and deliverable status.
• Identify and monitor project risks, presenting practical containment strategies for contract execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external organizations to align planning, coordination, and execution.
• Adapt priorities and schedules quickly to meet evolving mission and customer needs.
• Support a 24x7 operational environment by responding to after-hours requests to meet service levels.
