Job summary

Akira Technologies Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead the NTIA Agile Mission Support Services contract. You will oversee a nine-person team, interfacing with NTIA stakeholders, and ensure responsive performance across program management, analytics, and IT portfolio coordination.

The role requires US Citizenship with an active Public Trust clearance and a hybrid onsite presence in Washington, DC a few days per week.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or PMP certification.
7+ years project management experience, including 3+ years on large government contracts.
Experience leading diverse teams and managing budgets over $3M.
Strategic planning, project controls, risk/resource management, and senior stakeholder engagement.
Experience in operational, agile, or government mission-support environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication, sound judgment and leadership.
Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust designation or security clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead contract and project execution including planning, budgeting, staffing, and quality management.
Interface with Contracting Officer, COR, TPOC, and NTIA stakeholders.
Direct staffing and workload prioritization across all task areas.
Monitor performance, milestones, labor-hour utilization, and contractual objectives.
Coordinate government meetings, executive taskers, and cross-functional initiatives.
Prepare and present monthly status reports covering accomplishments and risks.
