Tuvli, an Akima company, is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead complex government-focused programs with a strong emphasis on defining requirements, scheduling implementations, and risk mitigation. The role demands exceptional leadership, organization, and communication to guide cross-functional teams and ensure program success.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in program management or IT leadership, at least 10 years coordinating IT business processes, and a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of program management or IT management experience supporting US government.
• 10+ years leading a portfolio of programs coordinating IT business processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex IT projects and programs from design to production, supporting cyber, network operations, and software development for US government.
• Define program portfolio scope, objectives, and key results with executives and stakeholders.
• Establish schedules, deliverables, goals and milestones; conduct team assessments to optimize performance.
• Resolve issues efficiently to minimize disruption and maintain transparency with documentation.
• Coordinate IT business processes to support program objectives and large workforce budgeting.
• Present updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership; maintain strong stakeholder engagement.
