Job summary

ITA International is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex government programs. You will apply operations research, analytics, modeling, and decision support to improve mission effectiveness and resource allocation.

You will oversee software, cloud, and data engineering activities while guiding multidisciplinary teams. You will serve as a trusted advisor to government leaders, translating operational needs into data-driven solutions and presenting findings to senior officials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field as listed.
• 10+ years leading complex technical programs in DoD/government or large enterprises.
• Ability to provide cross-disciplinary technical direction.
• Experience applying quantitative analysis and decision support methodologies.
• Ability to translate technical findings for senior leaders.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and cloud concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-functional programs from initiation to delivery.
• Interface with government customers, CORs, and senior stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, staffing, risk, and performance metrics.
• Guide multi-disciplinary teams across analytics, software, and data engineering.
• Align software, data, and cloud architectures with mission objectives.
• Manage technical risks across the full lifecycle.
