Job summary

Kiliuda, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Program Manager to join the team in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on contract performance under the DS/T contract, coordinating with COR/GTM, and leading a large federal workforce to meet contractual requirements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive government program leadership experience, strong communications skills, and a SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen
• 5 years or less since relevant DS experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or security
• 20+ years of professional experience
• 10+ years managing large government programs
• 5+ years as a program manager for contracts
• 10+ years leadership/supervisory experience
• Experience managing contracts >$30M annually and 100+ personnel
• Experience with DOS policies and security operations abroad
• Ability to lead and supervise effectively

Responsibilities

• Serve as focal point for all contractor functions related to DS/T contract performance.
• Interact daily/weekly with COR/GTM to ensure performance across contract task orders.
• Supervise and oversee contractor performance per contract requirements.
• Advise and assist the COR regarding contract scope.
• Oversee HR objectives: recruiting, selecting, orienting, developing, counseling, disciplining.
