Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lead high-visibility or mission-critical programs independently.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the CO and COR, with timely response to technical issues.
• Oversee contractor personnel and subcontractors, ensuring staffing levels at all times.
• Deliver monthly status reports including financials, schedule, staffing, risk, and cost variance.
• Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan (PMP) with WBS, risk, and QA controls.
• Chair and participate in monthly PMRs and the post-award kickoff conference.
• Develop and maintain a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) with rapid activation.
