Altarum is seeking a pricing lead to own end-to-end pricing for federal and state proposals. You will develop audit-ready cost volumes, apply FAR and 2 CFR 200 cost principles, and collaborate with program teams, contracts, HR, and finance to ensure defensible pricing.

You will translate staffing into budgets, validate rates, and support audits, negotiations, and post-award analysis while strengthening templates and processes. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on pricing experience for federal and/or state government contracts.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex, multi-variable pricing models.
• Working knowledge of FAR Part 31 and 2 CFR 200 across contract types.
• Clear communicator in a collaborative, deadline-driven proposal environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end pricing for proposals, from solicitation review and strategy through final cost volume submission.
• Build and maintain audit-ready Excel models including labor, indirects, escalation, fee, and subcontractors.
