Job summary

DLH is seeking a Staff Pricing Analyst to ensure proposals comply with FAR, customer requirements, and internal policies. You will support cost proposals from RFP receipt through contract negotiations, working across DLH business sectors and functions.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in finance or related field with 3+ years pricing experience, strong knowledge of government contracting pricing, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Remote-friendly role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, management, business administration, or related field plus 3+ years pricing experience.
• US Government contractor pricing experience highly preferred.
• Knowledge of US Code & FAR related to contract pricing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Assembles cost volumes and acts as a point of contact for input.
• Review and analyze RFP, SOW, and technical solution data to determine price factors.
• Collect and evaluate functional inputs, ensuring requirements are proposed appropriately and compliant with the RFP.
• Create supporting content for management reviews.
• Produce price and cost-volume narratives with cross-functional teams.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
