The ideal candidate will develop competitive pricing models while ensuring compliance with federal acquisition requirements. The role involves preparing pricing proposals for RFPs, building cost models for labor, indirect costs, and subcontractors, and collaborating with contracts, finance, and program management teams to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance or business.
• 3+ years in federal government pricing, cost analysis, or proposal development.
• Knowledge of FAR and federal contracting processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and pricing model experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pricing proposals and cost volumes for federal government RFPs and task orders.
• Develop cost models covering labor rates, indirect costs, subcontractors, travel, and other direct costs.
• Analyze labor rates, historical pricing, and competitive market data.
• Ensure pricing compliance with applicable FAR requirements and solicitation instructions.
• Collaborate with contracts, finance, recruiting, and program management teams.
• Support price-to-win analysis, pricing reviews, and proposal negotiations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Deltek Costpoint, ProPricer, or similar pricing tools.
