Job summary

Trace3 Government seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead strategic, compliant programs delivering mission-critical results for government clients. You will steer budgets, schedules, and staffing while coordinating across engineering, cybersecurity, and sales teams to ensure success.

The role requires active Top Secret clearance, on-site work in a secure government environment, and a track record of high-impact leadership in complex IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience building integrated program plans and roadmaps for complex technical work.
• Experience with risk, issue, action, decision management and mitigation tracking.
• Experience managing programs in government contracting environments; familiarity with FAR.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to brief senior executives.
• Active Top Secret security clearance; TS/SCI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead program execution of assigned statement of work.
• Develop and maintain the integrated program roadmap, WBS, schedule, milestones, dependencies, staffing, and cadence.
• Coordinate across architecture, system administration, network engineering, cybersecurity, and supporting functions.
• Establish and track program objectives and metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Interface with Trace3 leadership and customers to manage budget, staffing, and delivery.
