Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an integrated IT and cybersecurity team on-site in Huntsville.
• Translate strategies into detailed work plans and ensure milestones are met.
• Oversee cybersecurity standards, policies, and RMF/RMF-related compliance.
• Maintain project visibility with real-time status and metrics for leadership.
• Coordinate training, certification opportunities, and talent development.
• Act as primary contact for customer inspections and remediation actions.
