Qualifications

• Experience negotiating teaming, non-disclosure, and subcontract agreements from the subcontractor role with industry partners.
• Experience with Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) terms and mitigation plans.
• Experience reviewing terms and conditions and statements of work for risk and risk mitigation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ability to support complex contract activities that require creative solutions and techniques to accomplish business goals and objectives.
• Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of contracts from capture through closeout.
• Review solicitations for potential risks and guide proposal strategies.
• Advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies and contract terms.
• Provide full lifecycle support including IP negotiations and monitoring performance.
