Job summary

Elbit-America in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Sr. Contract Administrator to manage contracts and subcontracts from proposal through closeout, ensuring compliance with ITAR and EAR and customer specifications.

You will lead negotiations, monitor performance, prepare contract changes, and coordinate with the proposal team, program managers, and suppliers to achieve timely, accurate contract fulfillment. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 5–10 years of experience in government contracting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Business Administration preferred.
• 5–10 years of functional experience.
• 5–10 years of industry experience.
• Experience with international contracting, ITAR and EAR compliance.
• Experience with Government Contract requirements (U.S. Government Prime and subcontractor).

Responsibilities

• Maintain contracts/subcontracts from proposal through closeout.
• Participate in proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities.
• Advise management on contractual rights/obligations and mitigate contract risk.
• Interpret terms and conditions during performance and monitor compliance.
• Examine estimates for accuracy in line with government regulations.
• Produce contractual correspondence and contract changes; track obligations.
• Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
