Job summary

Intervala, LLC in Mount Pleasant, PA is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Manager to lead contract management and trade compliance across domestic and international regulations. You will oversee negotiation, licensing, and administration of contracts, ensuring ITAR/EAR/FAR/DFAR compliance while supporting growth.

Strong collaboration with engineering, operations, and outside counsel is essential. Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years in contracts/compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of contracts and compliance experience, including ITAR and EAR.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFAR, ITAR, and export control laws.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal, negotiation, and management of complex contracts.
• Collaborate across teams, customers, and outside counsel to close contracts.
• Review terms for flow-down and quality requirements.
• Oversee import/export compliance with ITAR, EAR, FAR/DFAR.
• Prepare import/export licenses with State and Commerce.
• Maintain export compliance programs and training.
