Job summary

Kratos Defense and Security Solutions in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to manage government contracts lifecycle, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, DFAR, and GSA schedules, and support proposal activities. You will collaborate with program teams to negotiate terms and maintain contract files.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience, a Bachelor's in Business or related field, and knowledge of ITAR/EAR.

Qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as subject matter expert.
• Strong knowledge of the FAR/DFARS, CMMC, and commercial contracting practices.
• Working knowledge of ITAR, and EAR.
• Possess strong oral and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• To work at this location, you must be a US person.
• 7-10 years experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contract files and lifecycle management.
• Review and negotiate modifications.
• Develop and maintain a contract requirements flow-down matrix.
• Contract compliance and risk mitigation with program teams.
• Support RFQ/RFP submittals and contract award negotiations.
• Maintain Contracts database and internal systems.
• Participate in program teams and advise management on contractual rights and obligations.
