Job summary

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to manage contract life cycle, negotiations, and compliance across government and DoD prime contracts.

You will maintain contract files, support RFQs/RFPs, and ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS, ITAR and EAR requirements while coordinating with program teams. The role requires 7–10 years of contract experience, a Bachelor's in Business or related field, and status as a US person.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of contracts experience.
• US person is required to work at the location.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, CMMC, and ITAR/EAR.
• Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint and contract databases.

Responsibilities

• Support submittal of RFQs and RFPs to Government and DoD prime contractors.
• Administer and negotiate contractual award transactions.
• Maintain Contracts database and internal systems as required.
• Participate as a member of program teams and conduct contract negotiations and customer contact activities.
• Advise management of contractual rights and obligations.
