Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Junior Contract Administration Specialist in Glen Burnie, MD to support federal contracting activities. You will assist with contract files, compliance, and coordination with internal teams and government stakeholders.

You will learn FAR/DFARS, maintain records, and help ensure timely deliverables while developing your career in government contracting within a dynamic defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to learn and apply federal contracting principles and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of contract files, modifications, task orders, and related documentation.
• Support the tracking of contract deliverables, funding, period of performance, and key milestones.
• Help ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, agency supplements, and internal company policies.
• Maintain accurate and organized contract records in accordance with government and company standards.
